Join the Soleil Creative Collective

A little about our vision
Soleil Creative Solutions was founded by Jaye Murray with the belief that creativity and communication have the power to shape culture.
At its core, Soleil is about helping people bring ideas to life. Through thoughtful branding, digital strategy and storytelling, the studio works with businesses and creators to build meaningful connections with their audiences.
But our vision goes beyond simply helping brands grow.
We believe that marketing, when used thoughtfully, can be a powerful force for good. The stories that are amplified, the businesses that succeed and the ideas that reach people all have an impact on the world around us. We want to use creativity and marketing to support projects, people and businesses that are contributing something positive.
That means supporting creatives, championing originality and being mindful of the wider impact of the work we put into the world. It also means encouraging more thoughtful approaches to business, sustainability and community.
Soleil sits within The Vault Creative Network, a broader creative ecosystem dedicated to celebrating human creativity in all its forms. Through projects like Brief Me Baby, The Vault aims to support and connect creatives while building a community centred around creativity, culture and collaboration.
We are still in the early stages of building this vision, which means the people who join us now have the opportunity to play a real role in shaping what it becomes.
The Opportunity
As Soleil grows, we are building a Creative Collective — a curated network of creatives who collaborate with the studio on client projects across a range of disciplines.
Rather than operating as a traditional agency with a large in-house team, Soleil works with a flexible network of designers, creators and specialists who bring their expertise to different projects.
This allows us to assemble the right creative minds for each project while giving collaborators the freedom to work independently and contribute when opportunities arise.
About the Role
Members of the Soleil Creative Collective collaborate with the studio on a project-by-project basis.
When a project arises that aligns with your skills and availability, we will reach out to discuss the scope of work, timeline and compensation before confirming the collaboration.
Some collaborators work primarily behind the scenes in areas such as design, web development and digital strategy, while others may contribute through content production, photography or videography.
Disciplines We Are Currently Welcoming
We are currently welcoming applications from creatives working in areas such as:
• Graphic Design and Brand Identity
• Website Design and Development
• Content Creation
• Photography
• Videography
• Social Media Management
• Copywriting
• SEO
If your discipline is not listed but you feel your work aligns with Soleil, we still encourage you to apply.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for creatives who take pride in their craft and enjoy collaborating with others to produce thoughtful, high quality work.
You might be someone who:
• Is passionate about your creative discipline
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Enjoys collaborating with others
• Values creativity, originality and thoughtful work
Experience levels may vary, but we are particularly interested in creatives who are excited by the idea of contributing to a growing creative studio.
Growth Opportunities
As Soleil continues to grow, the Creative Collective will expand alongside it.
Collaborators who work well with the studio may be invited to contribute to more projects over time and may have opportunities to take on larger or more specialised roles as the studio evolves.
Because Soleil sits within The Vault Creative Network, there may also be opportunities to contribute to broader creative initiatives as the ecosystem continues to develop.
Location & Flexibility
Most Creative Collective roles operate on a flexible, project-based structure.
Many disciplines such as design, web development and copywriting can be completed remotely.
Some roles, including photography, videography and content creation, may require being based in or near the Sydney or Illawarra region for on-location shoots and client work.
Project availability and collaboration will vary depending on the nature of the work and your availability.
